Canceled ❄️ - February Open Horse

The temperatures this Saturday are threatening to be very cold—a high of 31º with a wind that make it feel more like 15º.

With that in mind, we’ve chosen to cancel this month’s Open Horse as we’re concerned about people being too cold outside. We’re hopeful that things will warm up in the next few weeks and we’d love for you to join us next month, on Saturday 7th March.

You’ve heard of an Open House…well, this is Open Horse!

We’re opening the gates for an easy afternoon at the sanctuary…a chance to come meet the horses, walk the land, and spend some unstructured time getting to know us…Marc and Mike…and the herd that calls this place home.

This isn’t a program or a presentation. It’s just a window into our everyday rhythm here. 

You’ll have space to wander, to ask questions, to stand quietly with a horse, or to sit and talk by the fire. 

If you’ve been curious about the sanctuary, the herd, or what we’re building here, this is a simple way to experience it firsthand.

There’ll be something warm on the stove, tea flowing, and plenty of room to relax into conversation…with us, with each other, and with the horses themselves.

Come by for an hour or stay awhile. Let the afternoon unfold how it wants to.
