We love meeting people almost as much as the horses seem to… why not plan a visit to come and see what we’re about?
We’d love to see you for an Open Horse event, but we’re also happy to help you plan something for you, your family and friends.
“Open Horse”
Open Horse is our version of an open house—but with horses!
Every 6-8 weeks during the spring, summer and fall, we throw open the gates on a Saturday afternoon and invite our supporters to drop in for some informal time with the herd.
You can ask questions, hang out with likeminded people, find out about volunteering and ways to get involved, and enjoy some delicious refreshments.

Bring your group!
Missed Path Sanctuary makes a wonderful setting for quiet group activities in nature.
We’ve been visited by yoga and art groups—including this lovely group of Plen Air painters from Asheville.
